Assembly Line Worker Location: Los Angeles, CAReports to: Assembly Line SupervisorPosition Overview:The Assembly Line Worker is responsible for assembling lighting products. They must operate with strong attention to detail and work with a sense of urgency to meet all deadlines without comprising quality of work.Duties + Responsibilities:Assemble lighting products as determined and trained by supervisorEnsure all lighting products are completed with a strong attention to detail and according to customer specifications and deadlinesMaintain an overall understanding of the processes involved with lighting product manufacturingUphold strong quality control standards and comply with all company safety protocolsAbility to read and interpret orders and locate parts in various locations within the plantSkills + Specifications:Ability to handle a large variety of tasks with varying levels of complexity without compromising quality of work or deadline adherencePossess agility and adaptability to work collaboratively and cross departmentallyMaintain a positive attitude and teamwork mentalityPossess strong communication skillsAdditional Responsibilities:Use sound judgement and adhere to safety protocol when making decisionsMaintain strong time management, punctuality and organizational skillsAct with integrity and respectAdapt to changes required by businessAssume and complete all other duties as assigned by managementJob Requirements:Positive attitude and responsible demeanorWillingness and ability to learn manufacturing processesStrong work ethic and respect for coworkersPrior experience in an assembly/plant environment
