Truck Helper/Appliance Installation Assistance

Overview TLB Logistics LLC Full-Time | Monday–Friday | $135–$150 per day About the Role TLB Logistics LLC is seeking a dependable and hardworking Truck Helper / Appliance Installation Assistant to support our installation teams with delivering and installing household appliances such as refrigerators, ranges, dishwashers, washers, dryers, and more. You will work alongside a lead installer to ensure each job is completed safely, professionally, and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Assist lead installer with loading, unloading, and transporting appliances Help install major household appliances in residential and multi-family units Safely move appliances using dollies, straps, and proper lifting techniques Protect customer property (flooring, walls, entrances) during installation Maintain clean work areas, organized tools, and accurate truck inventory Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally Follow all safety guidelines and assist with route completion tasks Requirements Ability to lift and move 75–150 lbs with team assistance Comfortable with fast-paced physical labor Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions Valid driver’s license is a plus (not required) Prior moving, delivery, warehouse, or installation experience preferred Work Schedule & Pay Monday–Friday Start Time: 6:00 AM Pay: $135–$150 per day based on experience and performance Opportunities for performance-based growth Why Work With Us?
