Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Loan Officer role based in Pleasant Hill, CA, with flexibility for partial remote work. The Loan Officer will be responsible for originating home loans, evaluating creditworthiness, underwriting, and ensuring borrowers meet lending requirements. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service, and guiding clients through the loan application process efficiently and professionally. Additionally, the Loan Officer will collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless loan processing experience. Qualifications Proficiency in Loan Origination, Underwriting, and knowledge of lending processesStrong finance expertise and familiarity with relevant financial regulationsExcellent Customer Service and communication skillsExperience as a Loan Officer or in a similar roleHighly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlinesProficiency in using loan processing software and toolsBachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field is preferredActive NMLS license is required
