The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and monitoring of operating and capital budgets, as well as preparing and presenting financial statements in compliance with GAAP. This role also involves overseeing third-party reimbursement reports, managing cash flow, and coordinating with external auditors for annual financial audits. The VP of Finance will be a key player in guiding financial systems improvements, ensuring adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements, and supporting the organization's mission-driven growth through strategic financial planning.Applicants must have a CPA and a minimum of five years of senior financial leadership experience, preferably within the healthcare sector. Proficiency in financial software, Microsoft Office, and accounting systems is essential, as is a strong knowledge of healthcare reimbursement regulations, GAAP, and audit procedures. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a team-oriented management style.
