About the CompanyWe’re working with a globally recognised operator of mission-critical infrastructure, delivering highly resilient, sustainable environments for some of the world’s leading technology organisations.Known for investing heavily in innovation, energy efficiency, and smart building technologies, they’re continuing to expand across key markets and are looking to strengthen their controls capability.The RoleAs a BMS Controls Engineer, you’ll take ownership of building management systems across live critical environments - ensuring systems are optimised, reliable, and performing at their best.This is a hands-on role covering everything from design input and commissioning through to fault finding, optimisation, and incident support.What You’ll Be DoingManaging and optimising BMS/controls systems across critical sitesReviewing control strategies, sequences of operation, and system performanceSupporting commissioning, upgrades, and new project deliveryTroubleshooting faults, alarms, and system issuesDriving improvements in uptime, efficiency, and reliabilityLeading root cause analysis on incidents and system failuresWhat We’re Looking ForStrong experience with BMS / Controls systems (Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Schneider, etc.)Background in critical environments (data centres ideal)Solid understanding of HVAC, electrical systems, and controls logicExperience with fault finding, commissioning, and live operationsAble to read and interpret technical drawings and sequencesWhy Apply?Work on high-value, mission-critical infrastructureBe part of a growing, forward-thinking organisationExposure to cutting-edge controls and smart building techReal opportunity to influence system performance and innovation
