Machine Operator - ST

SmartTalent is seeking an experienced Quality Inspection CMM Programmer/Operator. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with CMM programming, dimensional inspection, and quality control processes within a manufacturing environment. Quality Inspection CMM Programmer/Operator Location: Sumner, WA Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour. DOE Shift: Days Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions • Program and operate CMM equipment • Perform first article, in process, and final inspections • Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T • Use precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, and gauges • Document inspection results and maintain quality records • Work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality concerns Qualifications • 3+ years of experience as a CMM Programmer/Operator • 3+ years of experience in Quality Inspection in the aerospace industry • 3+ years of CMM Manager Software Programming and operating experience • Working knowledge of AS9100/AS9102/ISO9001/ITAR standards and regulations • Experience with quality inspection in a manufacturing environment • Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint reading • Experience with inspection software preferred • High attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Work Environment • Manufacturing/ machine shop setting • Standing or sitting for extended periods may be required SmartTalent is an Equal Opportunity Employer #STHMG
