Warehouse Forklift Order Selector

Job Description We are hiring a Warehouse Associate who can handle order picking, inventory, and shipping with accuracy and efficiency!This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where reliability and teamwork make all the difference.Responsibilities:Picking and packing orders accurately using pick tickets and FIFO (First In, First Out) proceduresPreparing shipments, including labeling, staging, and verifying outgoing ordersReceiving and inspecting incoming materials to ensure accuracy and quality standardsOperating forklifts and pallet jacks to move, load, and organize inventoryMaintaining inventory through cycle counts, stock rotation, and ERP system trackingKeeping the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety and GMP standardsRequirements:Previous experience in order selecting and warehouse settings requiredForklift operating experience requiredAbility to lift up to 55 lbs and stay active throughout the shiftMust pass a background check and drug testSchedule:Monday – Friday7 AM – 5PMOccasional weekends may be requiredPay Rate:$18/HourlyLocation:China Grove, TX 78222ABOUT US:FirstOption Workforce Solutions exists to help people build better lives and we sincerely appreciate your interest in joining our team.
