Insulation Installer

Overview We are looking for a dependable Insulation Installer to join our crew. You’ll work under a Team Lead installing a full range of insulation and air-sealing products in attics, basements, crawlspaces, and walls. Responsibilities Install blown-in fiberglass, cellulose, drill-and-fill dense pack, fiberglass batts, rock wool, and rigid foam board Install attic stair covers, ventilation baffles, and perform air sealing Safely cover/box non-IC recessed lights Measure, cut, and fit insulation materials Operate blowing machines, hoses, and standard hand/power tools Assist with job setup, cleanup, and following instructions from the Team Lead Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements Requirements Experience with insulation or construction tools preferred Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and tight/hot/cold areas Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work well on a team Pay: $21.50 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week Benefits: 401(k) matching Health insurance On-the-job training Opportunities for advancement Paid time off Tools provided Work Location: In person
