This is an excellent opportunity to serve those who have served, providing high-quality, compassionate care in a collaborative environment.ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive Gastroenterology clinical services including consultations, diagnostic evaluations, and therapeutic interventions.Be present and on time for all scheduled clinics and procedures.Perform the full range of endoscopic procedures, including but not limited to:Colonoscopy (diagnostic, with biopsy, polyp/tumor removal, ablation, bleeding control)Colonoscopy via colostomyEGD (Esophagogastroduodenoscopy) diagnostic, with biopsy, dilation, bleeding control, and lesion/polyp removalFlexible Sigmoidoscopy with biopsy, snare, ablation, or bleeding controlPEG tube replacementQualificationsUnrestricted medical license in the United StatesBoard Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine with a Subspecialty in Gastroenterology (ABIM)Current DEA LicenseCurrent BLS and ACLS CertificationsMinimum of 1 year of experience in gastroenterology practice preferredScheduleMonday Friday 7:30 AM 4:00 PMStandard clinic schedule: Five 8-hour shifts per week (flexible scheduling options may be available)Why Ghost RX?Competitive compensation and flexible contracting optionsOpportunity to provide vital care to our nation s veteransSupportive administrative and clinical team
