This executive role demands a leader with a proven track record in managing and expanding large-scale revenue portfolios, particularly within the corporate food services, contract hospitality, or business and industry dining sectors. The Chief Growth Officer will be tasked with leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team, as well as establishing and nurturing trusted relationships with senior C-suite decision-makers. The position requires a deep understanding of the industry, superb relational leadership skills, and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.Applicants for the Chief Growth Officer position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of experience in B2B sales, business development, or strategic account management, with a strong preference for those with a background in services-driven or contract management industries. The role demands a candidate with a Bachelor's degree, and an MBA or advanced degree is preferred. The ideal leader will have a demonstrated ability to lead by influence, foster a collaborative culture, and be willing to travel frequently, with a minimum of 50% of the time, to client locations and corporate offices.
