Hearing Representative

Position : Hearing Representative Location : California A well-reputed California Workers' Compensation Defense law firm is seeking an experienced Hearing Representative to join its growing team. Remote work is available, with occasional travel as needed. Responsibilities Manage a caseload of workers' compensation lien files. Review medical records, evaluate permanent disability using the AMA Guides, and assess apportionment. Negotiate lien settlements and prepare settlement documents. Represent clients at Mandatory Settlement Conferences, Status Conferences, and Walking Through settlements. Provide regular case updates and maintain strong client communication. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience as a Hearing Representative in California Workers' Compensation Defense. Strong knowledge of California Workers' Compensation law. Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple cases independently in a fast-paced environment.
