Welder Fabricator- 1st ShiftLocation: Milwaukee, Wisconsin Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Monday - Friday) Some overtime depending on workload, typically 6 am to 4:30 pm Pay Rate: Starting at $22+/hr. Based on experience Integrity Trade Services is seeking a dedicated Welder/Fabricator for our reputable client located in Milwaukee.Job DescriptionGood math skills required, i.e. converting fractions and decimals, basic algebra. Must be able to read a tape measure to 16ths of an inch. Works from blueprints and shop drawings to lay out miscellaneous steel such as railings, stairs, fences, window guards, gates, columns and steel stairs. Cuts, punches, and drills material as required. MIG welds steel materials such as tube, angle and channel, ranging from 16 gauge to ½" thick. TIG welding capability of brass, aluminum and stainless steel is a plus. Grinds materials to high finish standards. Heavy lifting is required. Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis. Work is paid on a piece rate basis. This is not production welding. The fabricator takes the job from the blueprints through laying out the job, cutting materials, welding, grinding and finishing. A Valid WI driver's license is required.
