From motor skills for toddlers to pre-club training for older players, the academy provides a structured and fun environment.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a part-time Weekend Coach to join Flamingo Futbol Academy in West and/or South Miami, FL. This on-site role focuses on coaching children ages 2 to 10 in developing fundamental futbol skills, promoting teamwork, and fostering enjoyment of the sport. Responsibilities include planning and leading engaging soccer sessions, creating a safe and inclusive environment, and teaching the values of sportsmanship and discipline. Coaches will work collaboratively with staff and parents to ensure a positive experience for all participants.*Open to train candidates willing to learn and passionate about youth development.*Must be available on Saturday and/or Sunday mornings reliably and consistently.Pay starts at $20/hr. Preferred QualificationsPrior playing experience at High School level or aboveProficiency in Coaching and training young players technically and tacticallyStrong Communication skills to engage with children, parents, and colleaguesExperience in Education or child-focused instruction, emphasizing developmentally appropriate practicesCoaching experience, demonstrating the ability to lead and inspire young athletesPassion for working with children and fostering their developmentBasic first aid certificationReliable transportation to the Miami, FL locations
