MDS Coordinator (RN)

RN MDS NurseCreekside Post Acute Care Center in Yucaipa CA, is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN MDS Coordinator to join our team. As an MDS Nurse, you will be responsible for coordinating the development and completion of resident assessments in accordance with federal and state regulations.
