We seek a visionary leader to guide a team of 5-7 skilled Applications Engineers in a high-growth division within a robust manufacturing environment. With over 70 years of industry excellence, this position ensures stability and the opportunity to thrive in a global marketplace.Key Responsibilities:Provide leadership and management to the Applications Engineering Team, enhancing customer interaction and support.Ensure prompt responsiveness to customer requests while managing expense budgets efficiently.Implement corrective actions to resolve customer quality and performance issues effectively.Develop and present compelling business cases for potential new opportunities.Contribute to the development of new products and improvements to existing product lines. Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in an engineering-related field is highly preferred.At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role.Over 5 years of professional experience in an engineering-related field.Strong project management capabilities are essential.Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement practices is advantageous.Experience with blending, mixing, and extrusion processes is a plus.
