Job Description:
- Full Stack Python EngineerW2 Contract role
- Who are we looking for:
- We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Python and Go (Golang) to design, develop, and scale modern enterprise applications and distributed systems.
- The ideal candidate should have deep backend engineering experience, strong frontend development capabilities, and hands-on exposure to modern AI technologies including CrewAI and AI/ML-based application development.
Years of Experience: 10 years
Required Skills:
- Strong Python and GoLang experience
- Django/Flask/FastAPIREST APIs, async programming
- Databases: PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDBGit, CI/CDAI MLFrameworksCrewAILangChainMachine Learning
- Deep Learning
- Generative AIAI AgentsDesign and develop scalable backend systems using Python and GolangBuild REST APIs, microservices, and distributed applications
- Develop high-performance concurrent and asynchronous services
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability
- Implement secure and maintainable coding practices
- Design reusable frameworks and shared services
- Process Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Capable of analyzing requirements and develop software as per project defined software process.
Develop and peer review (Initiate/ participate in peer reviews)
Behavioral Skills:
Resolve technical issues of projects and explore alternate designs.
Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction.
Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
Certification: Any relevant certification would be added advantage.
