This leader owns safety, quality, labor productivity, delivery performance, inventory execution, and financial performance while driving operational rigor across a complex discrete manufacturing and assembly operation.This role requires a highly hands-on leader with deep expertise in discrete manufacturing systems, labor efficiency, assembly operations, production flow, material management, and daily management disciplines. The successful candidate must be capable of stabilizing and scaling a growing operation that currently faces multiple operational constraints including supply chain variability, SAP/MRP process gaps, procurement challenges, component shortages, backorders, labor volatility, and evolving production ramp requirements.This is not a passive maintenance role. This leader must thrive in fast-paced operational environments requiring structure creation, problem-solving, accountability systems, and operational turnaround capability.Core manufacturing leadership experience in discrete manufacturing, assembly, or engineered products environmentsDemonstrated success leading plant operations, operational turnarounds, or performance
