Bilingual Outside Sales Representative

Job Summary Model 1 Ford of Warsaw is seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling new and preowned vehicles to customers in a designated territory. Fluency in Spanish is must!. Responsibilities - Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs - Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media posts. - Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns - Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services - Develop and maintain positive customer relationships - Collaborate with the sales team to achieve better results Requirements - Proven work experience as an Outside Sales Representative or similar role helpful. - Ability to manage a territory effectively - Great communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Self-motivated and driven individual with a passion for sales - Must be Bilingual and be Fluent Spanish! - Knowledge of retail sales and or automotive sales a plus!
