This role is responsible for owning active searches from intake through offer acceptance while delivering a high-quality, relationship-focused candidate experience.The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple requisitions independently. This position offers the opportunity to lead defined recruiting workstreams, contribute to hiring strategy, and support process improvements within a fast-paced consulting environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage active requisitions end-to-end with minimal oversight across multiple roles, clients, or business functions Conduct intake meetings to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and candidate profiles Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates using multiple sourcing strategies, including LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and job boards Coordinate and manage interview processes, ensuring clear communication with candidates and stakeholders Present qualified candidates with detailed insights, recommendations, and calibration feedback Guide candidates through the hiring process, including offer negotiation and closing supportQualifications5+ years of recruiting experience (agency, consulting, or in-house talent acquisition preferred) Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement skills Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities Demonstrated ability to manage projects and deliver results with increasing independence Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Consulting, client-facing, or professional services experience is preferred
