PTO Benefits Hours: Full-time Mon- Thurs. 6:30am –5:00pm & Friday's as needed Job Details Quality Control Supervisor The Quality Supervisor is a key leadership role supporting the Quality Assurance Manager and serving as the second‐in‐command within the Quality organization. This position is responsible for maintaining, improving, and developing quality systems to ensure customer expectations, regulatory standards, and internal manufacturing requirements are consistently met. Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead a team of Quality Inspectors, ensuring accurate and timely inspection of finished goods and new product qualifications Partner with Production to meet delivery deadlines while maintaining consistent quality standards Serve as backup to the Quality Manager and provide leadership across all four pillars of the Quality Program: Quality Systems Inspection of Finished Goods New Product Development & Launch On‐Time Delivery (OTD) & Safety Act as SOP Administrator, managing the creation, revision, and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures Investigate out‐of‐spec products and customer complaints, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions Coordinate audits (internal and external), manage corrective actions, and maintain detailed historical records and reporting for leadership Manage customer returns and communicate quality feedback to manufacturing teams Coordinate with outside analytical laboratories, including sample submission, test definition, report review, and internal communication of results Utilize core quality tools (flow charts, check sheets, control charts, cause‐and‐effect diagrams, graphs) to analyze data and drive continuous improvement Provide performance management, coaching, and development for Quality Department staff Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100 requirements and applicable regulatory standards Qualifications Minimum 5 years of progressive quality experience in a manufacturing environment Prior quality management or supervisory experience required Strong blueprint reading skills (testing required during interview) Solid knowledge of GD&T Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards Proven experience with root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives Results‐driven mindset with a record of measurable accomplishments Strong analytical, problem‐solving, and data analysis skills Effective communication skills and ability to respond to customer inquiries professionally Excellent time management, organization, and attention to detail Schedule Full‐time Monday–Thursday: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM Fridays as needed Interested in hearing more?
