Fleet Mechanic - 2nd Shift

POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for the maintenance and repairs to Menard owned equipment. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform mechanical repairs to cars, trucks, semi-tractors CNG and diesel. Diagnose vehicle problems. Troubleshoot mechanical issues. Perform accurate and timely vehicle repairs. Look for additional repairs beyond what’s listed. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Have 3-5 years of direct mechanical experience or an accredited technician degree Provide their own tools Must be reliable, detail oriented, and able to multitask Parts knowledge Must be able to take direction from management Must be able to work independently Able to lift 40lbs. occasionally
