Powder Coat Line Technician 2nd Shift Location: 950 Green Valley Rd, Beaver Dam, WI 53916 Company: Ad-Tech Coating Solutions Pay: $17.00 per hour Job Type: Full-time Expected Hours: 40 per week Work Location: In person About Us: Ad-Tech Coating Solutions in Watertown, WI specializes in environmentally friendly finishing processes. Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Powder Coat Line Technician for our 2nd Shift team. This role involves prepping and hanging parts on a moving powder coating line while ensuring quality and efficiency. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2:00PM 10:00PM Occasional Saturdays as needed Key Responsibilities: Read and interpret work orders Stage and prep parts prior to coating Hang and mask parts on a moving paint line Hand wash and perform pre-paint surface prep Stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift Maintain a clean and safe work environment Requirements: Must be 18 years or older Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs Strong attendance and punctuality High school diploma or equivalent (Required) 1 year of manufacturing experience (Preferred) Benefits: 401(k) Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Short Team Disability Life Insurance FSA Paid Time Off Join a team committed to quality, safety, and sustainability!
