OverviewCome join the Data Security and Use team as a Principal SW Engineer – GenAI Risk Program and Technical Compliance Engineering. The Data Security and Use team is part of CyberCRAFT under our CISO, Atticus Tysen. Our team is directly accountable for supporting the cybersecurity risk and governance activities of the A2D (Analytics, AI and Data), MSE, GTM Tech, t4i, DevX and the Enabling Business Functions organizations as well as making sure data throughout Intuit is adequately protected and used in accordance with our users expectations and applicable laws and regulations.What you'll bringBS/MS in Computer Science or related areaDirect experience and passion for AI/ML a strong plus8+ years of experience developing systems/software for large business environments (Java, J2EE)5+ years of experience designing complex distributed systems, management products or business applicationsSolid design and coding skills (Java, Python, REST, JSON, YAML)Strong experience leading design and implementation of robust and highly scalable web servicesStrong knowledge of and experience with JBoss, Maven and SpringSkilled in software development lifecycle processes. Experience with SCRUM, Agile and iterative approaches a plusAble to operate at highly varying levels of abstraction from business strategy to product strategy to high level technical design to detailed technical design to implementationSynthesize achievable solutions from diverse inputs, alternative sources (build / buy / partner) and complex dataExperience with frameworks like Struts, Spring, Hibernate, JSF a plusExperience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, Kafka and ActiveMQ a plusPrior working experience in utility computing and/or cloud computing domain highly desiredTeam/Leadership QualificationsExcellent communication skills.
