Social Media Coordinator, Home & CulinaryNew York, NY (Hybrid)Marquee Brands is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of social media across its Home & Culinary portfolio. This role will focus on content creation, publishing, community management, and performance tracking, working closely with the Social & Digital Marketing Manager to bring campaigns and always-on content to life.This position is highly executional but requires strong creative judgment, organization, and platform fluency. The ideal candidate understands how to make content feel native to each platform while maintaining brand consistency across food, home, entertaining, and lifestyle categories.Here’s what you will doContent Creation & PublishingCreate and edit social-first content including Reels, TikToks, Stories, and carousels (light editing experience in tools like CapCut and Canva)Schedule and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and PinterestSupport optimization of content for each platform (formatting, captions, trending audio and timing)Maintain and execute against content calendars to ensure timely publishingCommunity ManagementMonitor comments, DMs, and tagged content across platformsEngage with audiences in a timely, brand-appropriate voiceIdentify opportunities to drive engagement and conversationEscalate customer service or sensitive inquiries to internal teamsContent Organization & Campaign SupportMaintain organized content libraries and ensure assets are platform-readyCoordinate incoming assets from internal teams, agencies, and partnersSupport execution of seasonal campaigns, product launches, and partnershipsAssist in preparing content for influencer amplification and paid usageReporting & Performance TrackingPull and track performance data using Dash Social and native analyticsAssist in building monthly and campaign recapsMonitor engagement trends and top-performing contentProvide observations and learnings to support content optimizationYou’ll need this1–3 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketingStrong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and short-form video trendsExperience with content creation + light editingFamiliarity with:Social Media Scheduling PlatformsCanva / CapCutStrong organizational and time management skillsClear, concise writing with an understanding of brand voiceAbility to manage multiple brands and deadlinesIdeal candidateDetail-oriented and highly organizedComfortable executing quickly in a fast-paced environmentProactive and solutions-orientedPassionate about food, home, entertaining, and lifestyle contentHas an eye for what makes content perform, not just look goodMarquee Brands Benefits and PerksYou'll enjoy coming to work because we have a refreshing company culture that is open, eager, fun and globalCompetitive salary, commission and bonus structureHealthcare Benefits including dental and visionLong-term disability (LTD) Flexible spending account (FSA) or health savings account (HSA)Life insurancePaid VacationAction Days - two (2) fully paid “Marquee In Action" days each calendar year to dedicate their time to a charity or cause of their choice.Holidays: In addition to Paid vacation.
