Manage probate proceedings, trust administration, and fiduciary accountings. Handle contested trusts and estates litigation and IRS audits. Advise high-net-worth clients on tax planning, charitable giving, and asset protection strategies. Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates): JD and active bar admission (NY preferred). 3–7+ years of trusts & estates experience with strong drafting and client counseling skills.
