Patient Care Associate - Float Pool, 32 hour Nights

Join The Growing BiLH TeamWhen you join the growing BiLH team, you're not just taking a job, you're making a difference in people's lives.Job ResponsibilitiesMaintains a clean and safe environment.Assists patients as necessary (e.g. ADL's, feeding) by providing high quality, compassionate patient careMaintains on-going communication with RN and LPN regarding patient status, care given and patient response.Documents care, vital signs and all other pertinent information legibly and accurately on patient's flow sheet/graphic sheet.Communicates appropriate information to patients and families.Ensures that care information is transmitted in a timely, clear, and accurate form to all patients' current healthcare providers who need that information to provide care.Completes other duties as assignedEducation RequiredHigh School Diploma or equivalent.
