MAJOR BANKING CLIENT IS HIRING FOR A JAVA WITH WORKFUSION DEVELOPER!!! Job Title: Java Workfusion Developer Location: Charlotte, NCWork Arrangement: 3 day in office with 2 day WFHClient Industry: Banking Duration: 12 -18 months Contract Schedule:  Monday to Friday About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Automation Developer to design, implement, and maintain robust automation solutions. The ideal candidate brings strong Java programming expertise, hands-on experience with the WorkFusion platform, and a solid understanding of machine learning models. You will collaborate with cross-functional, global teams in an Agile environment to streamline enterprise processes. Key ResponsibilitiesAutomation Engineering: Develop and deploy end-to-end automation solutions leveraging the WorkFusion platform.Software Development: Write clean, scalable code using Java and the Spring Framework to enhance automated workflows.Machine Learning Integration: Build, deploy, and refine models using Python and WorkFusion Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) solutions.Data & API Management: Design data models and manage relational databases; build and integrate secure RESTful APIs and enterprise integration patterns.Global Collaboration: Partner with distributed development and testing teams across multiple geographies and time zones.Agile Execution: Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.Technical SkillsLanguages & Frameworks: Proficiency in Java programming and the Spring Framework.Machine Learning: Practical experience in model development and deployment using Python and WorkFusion OOTB tools.Databases: Advanced expertise in relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and data modeling.Integrations: Direct experience working with RESTful APIs and enterprise integration patterns.Professional AttributesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proven experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.Compensation Hourly Rate: 63$-65$ per hour This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.Benefits: The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, short-term disability insurance, paid parking/public transportation, (paid time, paid sick and safe time, hours of paid vacation time, weeks of paid parental leave, paid holidays annually - AS Applicable)About UsAt Collabera, we don’t just offer jobs—we build careers.
