We also take pride in offering onsite benefits that reflect our commitment to our team.We are seeking a Trade Show & Content Marketing Specialist to support the execution of trade shows while also developing integrated marketing content across digital, print, and video channels. This role plays a key part in representing the brand at industry events and ensuring consistent, engaging storytelling across all marketing touchpoints. South Elgin is a growing northwest suburban community in Kane County known for its strong business presence, family-friendly environment, and convenient access to the greater Chicagoland area.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESTrade Show Execution (10+ Events Annually)Coordinate planning and execution of 10+ industry trade shows and customer events each yearSupport booth planning including layout, branding, and overall visual presentationWork with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth event setup and logisticsOrganize and prepare event materials, product samples, and promotional assetsProvide on-site support during events to ensure strong brand execution and engagementAssist with post-show follow-up including recap summaries and key learningsMarketing Content, Digital & Video SupportCreate and update marketing materials including digital assets, print collateral, and sales toolsCapture, edit, and repurpose photo and video content from trade shows and company eventsDevelop short-form digital content for use across social media, website, and internal platformsSupport creation of booth visuals, presentations, and branded event storytelling contentMaintain organized content libraries to support ongoing marketing and sales initiativesREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required3–6 years of experience in marketing, trade marketing, events, or content creationExperience supporting trade showsStrong skills in content creation, including basic video editing and digital asset developmentProficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools preferredWillingness to travel up to 5% for trade shows and events*Corporate Resources has been hired by our client to recruit for this open position and any/all other positions as requested and posted.
