Supervisor/Charge Nurse - Med Surg and ERThis is a 13-week contract position.12-hour night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM, 36 hours a week, with block scheduling preferred of 6 on and 8 off.The Supervisor/Charge Nurse will oversee the Med Surg and ER departments as a working supervisor. This position requires applying nursing experience in both settings to ensure quality patient care and effective departmental operations.Responsibilities:Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff in the Med Surg and ER departments.Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices in patient care.Facilitate communication between departments and promote teamwork.Assist in the orientation and training of new nursing staff.Manage daily operations effectively and efficiently.Required Certifications:BLS (Basic Life Support)ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)Please submit any OB/Newborn Stabilization education or training received.At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
