Responsibilities include managing staffing levels, supporting clinical teams, handling patient and staff concerns, and ensuring quality patient care. The role requires strong leadership, multitasking abilities, and effective communication skills. Experience with Meditech EMR is a plus.Requirements:Active Washington RN license or compact license with required WA verificationsMinimum 4 years of recent clinical experienceAt least 1 year of nursing leadership experience preferredCurrent BLS & ACLS certificationsCompletion of 6-hour suicide prevention training (WA requirement)Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple prioritiesAdditional Info:Guaranteed 36 hours/weekNo on-call requiredHoliday coverage requiredRTO must be approved and added to the end of the contractCloudinfraIT Inc Job ID #295375.
