What You’ll Be DoingManage and reconcile plant financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controlsPrepare and analyze monthly financial reports and forecastsSupport budgeting and cost control processes for plant operationsCollaborate with plant and corporate teams to improve financial performanceAssist with internal and external audits and ensure timely reportingWhat Are We Looking For5+ years of experience in accounting or finance-related roles.Knowledge of balance sheet reconciliations and financial statement preparation.Experience managing fixed assets and depreciation schedules.Proficient in reporting and variance analysis.Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting gained through several years’ experienceProficiency in ERP systems (SAP) and Microsoft ExcelAbility to analyze data and communicate insights clearlyDetail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skillsCollaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and in teamsWork EnvironmentThis position is based at a manufacturing plant and involves regular interaction with operations and administrative teams. It may require occasional travel to other company locations. The role is primarily office-based with some exposure to industrial environments.
