Success in this position requires a proactive, strategic sales approach and the ability to leverage internal resources to grow account relationships, identify opportunities, and drive sustainable revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:Contribute to and execute account strategies aimed at achieving preferred supplier status with assigned customersPlan and lead high?level sales initiatives aligned with overall account and company objectivesIdentify, engage, and build relationships with key stakeholders across assigned customer organizationsAssess customer needs and align NSI?MI capabilities to address technical and business challengesRecommend and promote integrated solutions that deliver value to the customerIdentify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunitiesDocument qualified opportunities and coordinate with the Business Office for responseCollaborate with the Business Office to develop capture strategies, pricing approaches, and profitability objectivesSupport proposal development, customer presentations, and formal responses as neededDrive all quotes and proposals through to final dispositionMaintain ongoing communication with customers and internal teams throughout order executionFollow up post?delivery to ensure customer satisfaction and identify follow?on business opportunitiesSupport the installed base and maximize service, support, and upgrade revenueProvide routine internal reporting on account status, opportunities, and proposal activitySupport company growth initiatives in Electronic Warfare (EW), New Space, and adjacent marketsSupport development of aftermarket business, including service, support, and upgradesMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in engineering, technical discipline, or business with demonstrated technical sales experienceMinimum of 10 years of experience with a proven track record in technical salesDemonstrated experience selling high?technology products and complex systems or solutionsAbility to sell effectively at multiple levels within customer organizationsProficiency with Microsoft Office applicationsCRM experience, preferably Salesforce, for account management, opportunity tracking, and forecastingStrategic mindset with the ability to lead and influence cross?functional account teamsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMust have legal authorization to work in the U.S. and eligibility to access export?controlled information and source code due to the nature of NSI?MI Technologies' programs and productsAbility to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 30% or greater)Desired Qualifications:RF technology experience or backgroundExperience selling to the U.S. Department of DefenseWhat's in It for You:Competitive compensation, holiday pay, and paid time offGreat benefits package that includes health, vision, and dental insurance401(k), plus matchingFlexible spending accounts (FSAs), health savings account (HSA) with AMETEK contribution, life insurance, disability insurance, and family medical leaveEmployee referral programTuition reimbursement programEmployee assistance programExciting, fast-paced environment where you could make a true impactOpportunities for career advancement within our business unit and across all other AMETEK business entitiesLocation: This position is located in Suwanee, Georgia, a vibrant and welcoming community just 30 miles north of Atlanta.
