THIS IS NOT enterprise architecture, strictly Cyber security solutions architecture. 5-10 years in cyber security solutions architecture is a MUST HAVE!Experience makes them shine!Basics of Gen AI understanding is a MUST HAVE!NIST framework is an absolute MUST HAVE ! TOFAG ; SABSA ; IEC-62443 ( Must have 2 out of these 3- ALL 3 IS IDEAL!!!!)The HM is looking for a candidate that is Self-sufficient, a collaborator, as this is a forward facing role with IT and business departments.Looking for amazing comm skills, team player, personality is a BIG factor here! --------------Job OverviewThe Cybersecurity Solutions Architect at WM is vital in designing and implementing security solutions for Informational Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) environments. The ideal candidate would have a solid understanding of full-stack Cybersecurity and its associated technologies and experience in risk management and compliance with Cybersecurity standards.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain Cybersecurity solutions architecture frameworks catering to IT and OT security requirements.Conduct risk assessments with an understanding of National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) frameworks, identifying vulnerabilities and devising robust mitigation strategies.Design and implement security solutions that protect WM's IT and OT infrastructure from cyber threats.Collaborate with IT and OT teams to integrate Cybersecurity measures seamlessly across all technological domains.Provide expertise in Cybersecurity frameworks and standards, with an understanding of NIST.Support Cybersecurity initiatives with a comprehensive view of the IT and OT ecosystems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with regulatory standards.Stay informed on the latest Cybersecurity trends and technologies, focusing on full-stack Cybersecurity knowledge to continuously enhance WM's security posture.QualificationsExtensive experience as a Cybersecurity Architect with a strong IT and OT security background.Full-stack Cybersecurity knowledge is essential.Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of bridging IT and OT security considerations.Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment, managing security concerns across diverse technological platforms.EducationWhile a formal education is valued, extensive experience and demonstrated expertise in Cybersecurity are welcome.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field is recommended.Additional Education And CertificationsRelevant Cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM).Additional knowledge such as TOGAF, SABSA, and IEC-62443 frameworks are considered a plus and can further enhance a candidate's suitability for the role.
