Office AdminThe Office Admin is responsible for overseeing daily office operations and ensuring a productive, organized, and efficient workplace environment. This role manages administrative functions, supports staff and leadership, coordinates office activities, and maintains strong vendor and facility relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesManage office supplies, equipment, and overall workplace organizationMaintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environmentSchedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate travel arrangementsHandle internal and external correspondenceSupervise administrative staff and delegate tasks effectivelyGreet and assist visitors and ensure a professional front-office experienceCoordinate with vendors for office supplies, services, and maintenanceImplement and maintain office policies and proceduresEnsure compliance with company standards and safety protocolsQualificationsRequired:Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management toolsStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesAbility to work independently and manage priorities effectivelyMinimum 2+ years of relevant experience in office administration or similar rolePreferred:Experience managing office operations in a healthcare or corporate environmentPrior experience supervising administrative staffFamiliarity with vendor coordination and facility management
