Role Description Ranger Construction Industries, Inc. is seeking skilled Heavy Equipment Operators for a full-time, on-site position located in Vero Beach, FL. Responsibilities include operating heavy machinery such as excavators, loaders, bulldozers, and graders to assist in road and highway construction projects. Operators will perform routine equipment maintenance, ensure safety protocols are followed on-site, and work closely with other team members to meet project deadlines. Applicants must be comfortable working in an outdoor environment and handling tasks in a timely and efficient manner. Qualifications Proficiency in operating heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and gradersKnowledge of heavy equipment maintenance and basic troubleshootingUnderstanding of safety regulations and practices for construction sitesStrong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with crew members effectivelyAbility to read and interpret construction plans or blueprintsPhysical fitness to handle strenuous tasks and work in outdoor environmentsValid driver's license and a clean driving recordPrevious experience in road or highway construction is highly preferred
