Weekend Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Inpatient Hospice UnitThe Weekend CNA provides compassionate, hands-on care to patients in our inpatient hospice unit, supporting comfort, dignity, and quality of life. This role works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to meet patients’ physical, emotional, and personal care needs in a calm, supportive environment. Key Responsibilities:Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and mobilityObserve and report changes in patient condition to the nursing teamSupport a safe, clean, and comforting patient environmentProvide emotional support to patients and families with kindness and respectFollow care plans, safety guidelines, and hospice standards of careQualifications:Wisconsin CNA certification in good standingAbility to work every other weekend (Sat/Sun) from 7am-7pmAbility to pick up additional shifts throughout the week as neededStrong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approachPrevious healthcare or hospice experience preferred
