Project Manager – BOH Systems (QSR)Only w2Location : Atlanta, GA(Onsite)Minimum 10+ Years of Experience required.Role OverviewSeeking an experienced Project Manager to lead implementation, optimization, and support of Back of House (BOH) systems across QSR brands. The role focuses on Crunch time platform delivery, vendor management, multi-location deployments, operational process improvements, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end BOH system implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and rollouts across multiple restaurant locations and brandsManage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, governance, and status reportingServe as primary liaison for BOH vendors including Crunch time and related ecosystem partnersCoordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, IT, Finance, Supply Chain, Franchise, and external vendorsDrive requirements gathering, UAT, pilot programs, go-live, stabilization, training, and change management activitiesMonitor KPIs including inventory accuracy, labor efficiency, operational compliance, adoption rates, and food cost controlSupport integrations, reporting, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement initiativesRequired Skills8+ years of Project/Program Management experience in QSR, Retail, or Hospitality environmentsStrong experience managing BOH systems, vendors, SLAs, escalations, and issue resolutionHands-on experience with Crunch time modules: Inventory ManagementLabour ManagementFood CostingOperationsExperience with large-scale, multi-location deployments and store rolloutsStrong understanding of: Restaurant OperationsInventory ManagementLabour SchedulingSupply ChainFood CostingOperational ReportingExperience with POS systems, digital ordering platforms, store technology ecosystems, APIs, and vendor integrationsStrong stakeholder communication, executive reporting, vendor negotiation, and cross-functional coordination skillsExperience with Jira, ServiceNow, Agile, Scrum, and SDLC methodologiesStrong skills in risk management, issue management, change management, training enablement, and data-driven decision makingPreferred QualificationsExperience in multi-brand QSR environmentsExperience with API/data flows and third-party integrationsPMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications preferredIf I missed your call !
