Application Support Analyst - Supply Chain

CITITRENDS is seeking an IS Application Support Analyst I – Supply Chain to support our Distribution Center technology operations and enterprise supply chain systems.This position plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day functionality of warehouse and transportation applications that drive operational efficiency across our Distribution Centers. The ideal candidate is eager to grow within Information Systems, enjoys problem-solving, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.Job SummaryThe IS Application Support Analyst I – Supply Chain is an entry-level technology role responsible for supporting Distribution Center applications and systems including Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Labor Management Systems (LMS), and related operational technologies.This role partners closely with internal IT teams, Distribution Center leadership, and end users to troubleshoot issues, support system functionality, assist with testing and upgrades, and help ensure operational continuity across supply chain environments.Duties & ResponsibilitiesSupport day-to-day operations of Distribution Center systems including WMS, TMS, and LMS platformsPerform initial troubleshooting and issue resolution while escalating complex issues as appropriateMonitor system alerts, application notifications, and operational performanceAssist with data validation, reporting, and system auditsParticipate in system testing, implementations, upgrades, and enhancement initiativesDocument procedures, troubleshooting steps, and support materialsProvide end-user support and basic system training to operational teamsPartner cross-functionally with IT, Operations, and external vendors as neededParticipate in on-call support rotation, including evenings and weekends as requiredTravel on an as-needed basis to support Distribution Center operationsRequired Skills & AbilitiesStrong interest in Information Systems, application support, or supply chain technologyBasic troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skillsEffective verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced operational environmentStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to follow documented procedures and processesProficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting functionsWillingness to learn enterprise retail and supply chain systemsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered1–3 years of related experience preferredExposure to retail, warehouse, or supply chain systems is a plusWhy Join CITITRENDSAt CITITRENDS, our technology teams play a critical role in supporting the systems that keep our business moving.
