We're looking for someone who brings positivity, professionalism, and purpose to every interaction.ResponsibilitiesGreet patients and verify information in our computer systemProvide assistance and information when requestedAnswer phone calls promptly and courteouslyMonitor and replenish clinic forms as neededMaintain accurate patient accounts, including cashiering, posting charges, and printing receiptsScan patient documents and reports into the systemEnsure strict confidentiality of all patient informationVerify insurance and address patient concerns professionally and promptlyMaintain a professional and friendly demeanor with patients and team membersBe flexible and open to cross-training in other areasTake on additional responsibilities outside the normal scope when neededObserve, identify, and act on opportunities to help us move forward and growSupport our vision, mission, and values through all job dutiesWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is highly organized, values confidentiality, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You should have strong communication and customer service skills and feel confident using computers. Experience in a clinical setting and a basic understanding of HIPAA are helpful, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
