Senior Technical Program ManagerA leading technology company is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join its Core Infrastructure Program Management team. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of leading teams and delivering successful outcomes in complex, cross-functional environments. This role requires a balance of strong leadership, technical understanding, and program execution expertise.The Core Infrastructure team focuses on the foundational layer of the organization's technology stack — building, maintaining, and modernizing systems that ensure reliability, scalability, and efficiency across large-scale services.We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager with experience across the infrastructure stack, particularly in streams (Pub/Sub systems), storage, and operational excellence.ResponsibilitiesDefine clear program objectives, roles, and responsibilities; resolve conflicts promptly with minimal escalation.Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and requirements and manage delivery through the full lifecycle.Lead large cross-functional programs serving multiple stakeholders within a complex organization.Apply structured change management practices to assess and approve program scope modifications.Identify and mitigate risks proactively, ensuring stakeholder expectations remain aligned.Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, translating complex topics into actionable business terms.Facilitate decision-making and remove blockers to maintain project momentum.Establish and manage end-to-end processes for gathering and fulfilling stakeholder requirements.Use data analysis to develop insights, define metrics, and make recommendations for infrastructure scalability and optimization.Apply strong business acumen to identify optimization opportunities, influence partners, and drive decision-making.Conduct simulations to anticipate capacity or scaling issues, working with product and service owners to reduce risk and cost.Lead with strategic vision while maintaining operational rigor and a data-driven mindset.Manage executive-level communications, including escalations and strategic updates.Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field (or equivalent experience).5+ years of experience in Technical Program or Product Management, including feature development, roadmap ownership, and Agile methodologies within infrastructure or platform teams.Preferred Qualifications5+ years of technical leadership experience, operating independently and delivering measurable results.Strong technical acumen with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.Deep understanding of the technology product lifecycle from development through launch.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience managing cross-functional, matrixed programs in a fast-paced environment.Proven ability to earn stakeholder trust, set direction, and motivate teams amid ambiguity.Demonstrated conflict resolution and negotiation skills delivered with professionalism.Strong attention to detail and excellent time management.Suggested SkillsProgram & Product ManagementInfrastructure & Platform DevelopmentCross-Functional Collaboration
