Role Description This is a full-time or part time role for a Commission Sales Associate based in the Midlands, with the flexibility to perform some work from home. Responsibilities include identifying and generating client leads, building and maintaining customer relationships, and promoting company services to meet sales targets. The Associate will also effectively communicate service offerings, follow up on potential leads, and strategize to close sales while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Qualifications Sales and negotiation skills, with experience in customer acquisition and achieving sales targetsStrong interpersonal and communication skills, including relationship building and client managementAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environmentBasic understanding of home improvement and exterior care services is a plusProficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software, preferred but not mandatory. Training will be providedSelf-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skillsA valid driver’s license for client site visits in the Midlands,SC area Must be able to climb a ladder and operate a drone
