Construction Project Manager

Job Overview We are seeking a Bilingual energetic and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee complex infrastructure projects from inception to completion. This pivotal role involves coordinating all phases of construction, managing teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and proficiency with industry-standard project management software. Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget. Coordinate project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software to optimize timelines and resource allocation. Manage teams on-site and off-site, including subcontractors, vendors, and internal staff, fostering effective communication and collaboration. Review construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and contracts to ensure clarity and compliance with project specifications and regulations. Oversee construction site activities to ensure safety standards are met while maintaining high-quality workmanship. Monitor project costs through detailed cost management practices using HeavyBid or equivalent estimating tools; track expenses against budgets regularly. Ensure all construction activities comply with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies. Facilitate project scheduling coordination across multiple disciplines to keep projects on track and mitigate delays. Prepare comprehensive progress reports, change orders, and documentation for stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure or commercial construction projects with a focus on civil or heavy civil work. Strong knowledge of construction regulations, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance standards. Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans accurately. Experience managing budgets, contracts, and project schedules effectively while leading diverse teams in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple projects. Construction site experience with a solid understanding of construction processes from groundwork to finishing touches. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and manage complex infrastructure projects successfully.
