Marketing Manager, Pitches and ProposalsLocation: United States - 3-4 days on-site/hybrid at any of client's locationsSoni is partnering with a leading professional services organization to identify a Marketing Manager to support strategic business development efforts. This role will focus on managing the end-to-end pitch and proposal process, partnering closely with internal stakeholders to drive high-impact client pursuits.This is a highly visible role that sits at the intersection of marketing, business development, and strategy, with the opportunity to influence how the organization approaches new business opportunities.Responsibilities:Manage the full lifecycle of RFPs and pitch opportunities from intake through final submissionLead kickoff meetings, define messaging and response strategy, and coordinate internal stakeholdersDevelop compelling, client-focused content and ensure consistency across all proposal materialsOversee timelines, assign responsibilities, and ensure high-quality, on-time deliveryEvaluate new business opportunities and contribute to go/no-go decision makingTrack and analyze pipeline activity, wins and losses, and key performance trendsPartner with internal teams to gather insights and continuously improve pitch strategy and materialsMentor and guide junior team members supporting proposal developmentQualifications:5+ years of experience in marketing, business development, or a related fieldProven experience managing RFPs and proposal processes end to endStrong writing, editing, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentExperience working cross-functionally with senior stakeholdersStrong organizational and project management skillsPreferred Experience:Background in professional services or a similar environmentExperience with CRM tools such as SalesforcePrior experience mentoring or leading junior team membersFamiliarity with pipeline reporting and business development strategy
