Essential FunctionsB2B CollectorAnalyzes and assesses credit and collection issues falling outside Company policies and guidelines and determines course of action for resolutionReviews orders to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders and service expectations Develops effective relationships with internal and external customers to understand their process, key players and how to work efficiently within their system for managing the credit risk exposurePerforms other duties as assigned, including those of assigned staffQualificationsThree (3) years within the credit/collections field; or equivalent experience Proven ability and understanding of effective credit risk analysisMust be able to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing Proficient in Microsoft Office and technology applications experienceStrong analytical, organizational and time management skills are requiredAbility to work in a team environment in making business decisions and implementing processAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
