Adecco Staffing is sourcing for a Customer Complaint Specialist in Andover, MA! This role is 100% ON-SITE.Hours: 8:30AM-5:30PM, Monday-FridayPay: $25/hourJob Summary:This position is responsible for performing tasks that ensure compliance with United States and Canadian regulations for the handling and management of complaints and adverse event reporting. Responsibilities include documenting, processing, and closing of customer com plaints. This position is also responsible for maintaining positive customer relationships within compliance of company policies.Job Responsibilities:Document complaints in the complaint management system.Process incoming complaint product shipments (i.e., open and process mail)Review complaints to determine whether regulatory authority reporting and/or assessment by the Product Safety Officer is warranted.Assist with com plaint shipment to the Designated Complaint Handling Unit (OCH U).Review complaint analysis reports and close out customer com plaints according to applicable regulatoryrequirements and company policies and procedures.Write letters to clinicians and/or regulatory authorities regarding complaints.Communicate with external and intern a I customers via the regulatory telephone queue and department emailinbox.Requirements:High School Diploma1-3 years of prior customer complaint experience (dental product experience strongly preferred)Computer skills, using SAP and Microsoft ApplicationsExceptional written/oral communications, being able to work as apart of a teamIf you are interested & qualified, please apply with your updated resume!Pay Details: $25.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
