Integration Engineer - Talent Technology Engineering

For our client, we are seeking a Integration Engineer - Talent Technology Engineering to join the team of a leader in the Hospitality & Recreation space. This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a hospitality and recreation environment.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $270,000 – $410,000 annuallyResponsibilities Own the end-to-end integration architecture between Workday and the Talent ecosystem Lead design and implementation of integrations across multiple systems Define metrics for observability and reliability, monitoring key performance indicators Be the technical lead for vendor engagements, ensuring design integrity and quality Maintain up-to-date documentation and foster integration knowledge within the teamQualifications 5-7 years of hands-on experience with Workday integrations in production environments Deep expertise in integration architecture, including Workday-native tools and middleware platforms Proficiency in at least one general-purpose programming language such as Java, Python, or JavaScript Solid grasp of REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, and authentication mechanisms like OAuth and SAML Strong understanding of HR/Talent business processes and data workflowsBenefits Comprehensive Health Plans and Mental Health support 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer match Generous Stock Option Program Flexible time off policies for vacation, holidays, and sick leave Paid leave for family-forming benefits and other personal circumstancesOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
