The role requires delivering clinical education content to staff, supporting education for core personnel, travelers, contract labor, and interdisciplinary team members while involving unit-based rounding and just-in-time coaching.Responsibilities Deliver assigned clinical education content to impacted staff. Support education for core staff, travelers, contract labor, and interdisciplinary team members. Provide unit-based rounding, reinforcement, and just-in-time coaching. Validate understanding and/or competency when required. Document education completion accurately and timely. Identify barriers to completion and escalate concerns to Clinical Education leadership. Assist with focused re-education as needed based on audit findings or practice observations. Partner with Mission educators and leaders.Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Acute care experience or critical care/procedural background preferred. Strong communication, coaching, and teaching skills. Ability to work independently while following established education plans and content. Previous experience in clinical teaching, competency validation, nurse residency or transition-to-practice training, preceptor development, skills validation, and staff onboarding is helpful. Familiarity with high-risk education, regulatory readiness, quality/safety initiatives, or survey response work.
