Team can train them on everything else.Prefers candidates with strong customer service experienceStrong preference for direct bilingual hires instead of using translation services. He also explained why he wants direct bilingual hires instead of using translation services mainly due to data security and compliance concerns, plus it slows down calls.Role is hybridSchedule is Monday to Friday, between 8 AM 6 PM ESTShifts may vary (8 4, 9 5, 10 6) depending on business needsTraining will be onsite, standard 9 5 schedule
