Responsibilities include engaging with customers to understand their needs, promoting and selling a variety of tools and equipment, and building strong, long-lasting customer relationships. The role involves managing sales accounts, delivering outstanding customer service, identifying potential leads, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Additional responsibilities include staying informed about product offerings, attending training sessions, and maintaining accurate records of transactions and client interactions.QualificationsSales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goalsStrong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skillsProficiency in time management and organizational abilitiesBasic technical knowledge or interest in tools and equipmentAdaptability to learning new product information and industry trendsSelf-motivation and the ability to work independentlyPrevious sales experience or experience in retail, automotive, or industrial tools is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in sales or a related field is an advantageValid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary for traveling within the assigned territory
