SQA Analyst (Senior) – Contract OpportunityWe are seeking a Senior SQA Analyst to support a critical system used in regulatory and banking examination functions. This role is instrumental in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, secure, and reliable applications that support financial system oversight. You will work in a highly collaborative, Agile environment alongside product owners, developers, and business stakeholders to drive quality across the software development lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement comprehensive QA strategies for enterprise applicationsTranslate business requirements into test scenarios, acceptance criteria, and test casesDevelop and execute test plans, scripts, and datasets for functional and non-functional testingPerform manual and automated testing across UI, API, and backend systemsIdentify, document, and resolve defects and issues in collaboration with development teamsEnsure quality is embedded throughout the SDLC via peer reviews and QA best practicesDefine and report on quality metrics (performance, reliability, security, accessibility)Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align QA efforts with Agile delivery timelinesContinuously improve test automation frameworks and QA processesRequired Qualifications6+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance / TestingBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and testing frameworksExperience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsHands-on experience in both manual and automated testingExperience with .NET, Java, and JavaScript technologiesSolid knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skillsAbility to work independently and manage priorities effectivelyExperience with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD)Background in financial services or regulatory systemsStrong experience with test automation design and scriptingExposure to cloud-based application environmentsExperience with low-code/no-code platforms (Appian) – plusExperience with test automation tools like AccelQ – plusSoft SkillsStrong collaboration and interpersonal abilitiesGrowth mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environmentAbility to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlinesCommitment to team success and inclusive work cultureEligibility & Screening RequirementsMust be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holderMinimum 3 years of U.S. residency requiredNo visa sponsorship availableWhy Join?Work on mission-critical financial systems with national impactBe part of a cutting-edge technology environmentCollaborate with highly skilled professionalsLong-term opportunity with extension and conversion potential
